They are currently looking to hire a Service Administrator to bolster their office team in Witney, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will come from a Service Coordination background, will be proficient in Microsoft office, will have experience with Sage and will be based within a commutable distance of Witney.

Service Administrator Job Overview

Answering telephone enquiries from customers
Managing the site Engineer schedule for both planned and reactive works
Ensuring all jobs are recorded and engineers time is booked appropriately
Checking and issuing service certificates
Compiling quotations for work
Invoicing the works carried out
Arranging subcontractors
Arranging equipment tests

Service Administrator Job Requirements

Previous experience in a Service administrator / coordinator position
Previous experience managing service schedules
Proficient in Microsoft office
A proficiency with Sage would be an advantage
Based within a commutable distance of Witney

Service Administrator Salary & Benefits

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
