We're looking for a Team Assistant to join this friendly and collaborative team, providing essential support across a range of activities. This is a brand-new role, meaning there's plenty of opportunity to shape it and make a real impact. This is a part time role, 20 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

* Formatting confidential documents and reports with precision and professionalism

* Preparing transcripts and summaries from key meetings

* Supporting the team with admin tasks and projects

* Assisting with onboarding new hires, references and all compliance ensuring a smooth and positive experience

* Managing spreadsheets and data in Excel

* Providing general admin support to the wider HR team

* Strong Word and Excel skills - you enjoy keeping things organised and structured

* Attention to detail - you'll be working with important HR documents

* A positive, can-do attitude - you're approachable, friendly, and always happy to help
