Location: Nationwide (Current Project in Essex)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

The Role:

I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee heavy structural steel construction projects across the UK. The successful candidate will initially work on a significant steel refurbishment project in Essex. This role demands strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and support to the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing structural steel construction projects (preferred).
• SMSTS and other relevant qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work on various project sites.
• Valid UK driving license.
