EL/PL Solicitor – Liverpool

A top 50 firm in Central Liverpool is seeking an ambitious and technically proficient EL/PL Solicitor to join its renowned defendant EL/PL department. The team is highly regarded for defending EL/PL claims for a national client base, boasting an excellent reputation across the North West for client care and success rates.

As part of this national firm, you will handle high-quality work.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (2-5 years PQE), with a strong background in litigated EL/PL matters from instruction to completion. The team primarily deals with cases for local authority clients, offering a diverse range of cases.

Experience from your training contract and prior paralegal roles will be beneficial, especially for more recently qualified Solicitors. Candidates from a claimant background with an interest in Defendant EL/PL litigation are also encouraged to apply.
