A business that concentrates on and delivers construction office refurbishments are looking for an Interiors Manager to join an excellent team in Manchester.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience co-ordinating multiple trades teams, including joiners, painters and strip out teams. You will be responsible for liaising with project managers, site managers and all other stakeholders.
This role is site based with occasional travel to the office.
Position: Interiors Manager
Duration: Permanent
Location: Manchester
Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance
Role and responsibilities:
* Manage strip out teams, joiners and decorators
* Monitor all performances
* Ensure that all work is carried out on time and to project plan
* Ensure quality control procedures are met
* Conduct risk assessments
* Support other managers on site
* Monitor and control costs to stay in budget
Skills and Experience:
* Experience within trade operations management
* Strong knowledge of joinery and strip out processes
* Experience working on strip outs
* Looking to develop their career in management
Qualifications:
* Willing to undertake relevant construction-based training (CSCS, Asbestos Awareness etc)
* Hold an SMSTS / SSSTS
* Full UK Drivers Licence
