As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping to create a nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your duties will include:

Assisting with classroom activities, preparation, and learning materials
Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who require additional help
Helping to manage behaviour and support emotional well-being
Supervising children during breaks and lunchtimes
Assisting with assessments and providing feedback to teachersWhat we're looking for:

Experience working in a primary school or similar setting
Strong communication skills with both children and adults
A patient and empathetic approach to working with children
A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
