About the Role

As an Assistant Town Planner, you will work closely with senior planners and directors on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will play a key role in preparing planning applications, conducting research, and engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

✔ Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, reports, and appeals
✔ Conducting site appraisals and research to support planning projects
✔ Engaging with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
✔ Keeping up to date with planning policies and regulations
✔ Supporting senior team members on a range of development projects

About You

🔹 A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Geography, or a related discipline
🔹 Working towards RTPI accreditation (or recently achieved it)
🔹 Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills
🔹 Excellent communication and organisational abilities
🔹 A passion for planning and the built environment
