We are seeking a talented and motivated Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join our established and award-winning client as Second Charge Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers secure their financial needs and be responsible for providing expert advice on second charge mortgages. Salary £45,000 basic DOE - £70,000 OTE.

What you'll be doing:

* Assessing customers' applications and delivering high-quality recommendations tailored to customer needs and circumstances,

* Provide expert advice on second-charge mortgage options to our customers, utilising the client's distinctive in-house software.

* Keep up to date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance to customers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.

* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with our exceptional team of case managers to support our customers' applications.

What we expect from you:

* Fully CeMAP qualified - Minimum of 2+ years experience within Secured Loan Advice working for an intermediary

* A performance-driven mindset, taking accountability for your targets that drive the right outcomes for our customers whilst taking our business forward.

* You'll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

* Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Basic salary of up to £35k + uncapped bonus earnings. Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home). 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
