Administrator (Lutterworth)
~ Permanent ~ Monday to Friday~ Immediate Start,

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

12 Month Fixed Contract

Pay rate: £11.44 Per Hour

Job role:
• Provide telephone support for Crews and Delivery Partner Teams.
• Address and resolve queries from delivery drivers via the dedicated driver's line.
• Assist and support in all general administrative tasks related to drivers.
• Support the Crews and Delivery Partner Teams with general duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Generate and produce regular reports to support the External Delivery Partner Team.
• Provide administrative support for Delivery Partners.
• Assist and collaborate with Regional Delivery Partner Managers.

Shift pattern:
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shifts - 11:00 - 19:00.

What we are looking for:
• Proven experience in telephone support.
• Proficiency in IT, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data submission.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
