Job Overview:
As a Level 3 Technician/Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of the workshop's operations, responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles. In addition to your technical expertise, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop, supporting and mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including task allocation and ensuring smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work carried out.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and repairs to customers clearly and professionally.
Ensure all work is in compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations.
Help with managing inventory and ordering parts when needed.Key Requirements:

Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and guide a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
