Our client is seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join their night team. This role requires a commitment to delivering excellent care that enhances the well-being and quality of life of each resident. Qualifications - Active NMC Pin and a nursing qualification (RGN)
- Experience in nursing, dementia, or palliative care (preferred)

Key Responsibilities - Resident Care: Provide compassionate, high-quality care during night shifts, tailored to each resident's needs.
- Medication Management: Administer and manage medications safely and in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote each resident's health and well-being.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a supportive, seamless care experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of care activities and observations.
