Our client is seeking a dedicated and caring Registered Nurse to join their night team. Qualifications

• Active NMC Pin and a nursing qualification (RGN)
• Experience in nursing, dementia, or palliative care (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Empathetic, resident-centred approach to care

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Provide compassionate, high-quality care during night shifts, tailored to each resident's needs.
• Medication Management: Administer and manage medications safely and in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote each resident's health and well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a supportive, seamless care experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of care activities and observations.
