Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager

Location: Salford, Manchester

Job Type: Full Time (Mon-Fri) - Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission & Additional Benefits / Bonuses To be discussed

From You:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding services, shipping operations, and international trade regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics management tools is a plus.
