A Distribution company in Chelmsford are recruiting a Key Account Manager to join their team ASAP!
Paying £12.80-£13.80 per hour (£25,000 - £27,000 per annum) depending on experience.
This is a Temporary-Permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with customers.
Retain existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Handle incoming enquiries, quotes, and order processing, ensuring that sales opportunities are captured and converted into sales.
Ensure all inboxes are maintained and the ticketing systems.
Escalating any issues to the relative department for guidance.
Negotiating returns with suppliers/manufacturers and processing.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Key Account Manager position:

Previous sales and account management experience.
Ability to upsell opportunities from sales orders to drive additional revenue.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is desirable, knowledge of NetSuite would be beneficial (full training provided.)
Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to form good working relationships with people.
