Finance Business Partner, Burnham, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid working)£55- £65kpa plus benefits including a 10% bonusThe Finance Business Partner will support Project Mangers in the financial management of projects. This role will ensure maximised returns by being involved in the full lifecycle of a project from the initial bid phrase through to project close out at agreed returns.Key Duties:-* Support project manager's by providing analysis / reports for assigned projects.* Proactively challenge project estimate at complete values, risk registers and schedule.* Maintain important relationships with all functions of the business.* Ensure all projects are trading in line with IFRS 15.* Ensure compliance with company policies, a robust controls environment is in place and that approval processes and delegated authorities are adhered to. Ensure audit issues are resolved in a timely manner.* Be a promoter of change during the business transformation phase by challenging the status quo.* Evaluate business processes, recommend and implement improvements.* Proactively challenge the assumptions inherent in financial data presented in order to make an appropriate judgement as to its validity and value.* Fully support month end close processThe successful candidate will be qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience.
