For this role you must possess the following;

Degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying or construction management with cost analysis and estimation expertise

Abilities:

Able to price up and sign off projects
Liasie with Staff, QS, Contractors
Price up materials, Equipment, Labour
Negotiate with Sub contractors
Keep a tight budget
Having a Profit based mindset

Location: North west (Specifically Manchester)

Salary banding: £37,000 - £47,000 Depending on experience.

Package includes: 20 Days Hoidays, WFH on a Friday, Phone, Laptop, Pension.
