Here's a great opportunity for a Project Manager to start on a 3 month contract to deliver a modular build affordable housing residential scheme in Watford for a medium sized main contractor, that will likely lead on to future long term work. This project consists of modular build houses and apartments all for a client.

What they are looking for

The candidate will need be an experienced Project Manager or Construction Manager on site with a background in delivering residential schemes working for a main contractor and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.

The Company

Our client is a successful main contractor specialising in MMC constructing, acting as Principal Contractor on major developments including RC frame apartment schemes, housing, student accommodation projects and hotels throughout the UK with an excellent pipeline of contracts of high profile projects.

What they can offer?

* £300 - £350 a day
