Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire an Tele sales representative to support the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal communications and active listening skills
* Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day.
* Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Experience working with a CRM system.
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
* Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculations of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.
About role:
* To sell services via phone, email, or other online channels.
* Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
* Upselling products and services
* Researching for new leads
* Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
* Maintaining and improving the database or prospects
Responsibilities:
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
* Understand customer needs and requirements.
* Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BDM for further development and closure.
* Close sales and achieve targets.
* Maintain and expand a database of prospects within our assigned territories.
* Team with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals
