Accounts Supervisor

My growing, busy and forward thinking professional services client in Chelmsford, have the need for an Accounts Supervisor to join their team purely due to growth.

• Sales ledger - Input, allocation, remittances, reviewing suspended accounts.
• Liaising regularly with various inhouse and external teams.
• Handle allocation queries.
• Documentation for debtor refunds.
• Processing cash transfers.
• Taking card payments.
• Reconciliations.
• Update the database at all times.
• Reporting.
• Daily banking.
• Team management including 121's, training, coaching, mentoring and annual reviews.
• Process improvements.
