Job Title: Assembly Technician 
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £25,000 -£28,000 

Looking for an Assembly Technician to join my client's team, responsible for assembling, maintaining, and ensuring the operational efficiency of a wide range of groundcare machinery. You will work closely with the workshop team to meet quality standards, deadlines, and production targets, ensuring exceptional service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, set up, and maintain groundcare machinery in the workshop.

Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Perform adjustments and component fittings according to technical instructions.

Prepare machinery for demonstrations, tournaments, and customer use.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

Assist with process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Participate in training sessions to develop technical expertise.

Skills & Experience:
Mechanical assembly experience (relevant qualifications preferred).

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Ability to work independently with high-quality results.

Team-oriented mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude.Benefits:
