Contract: 1-Year Maternity Cover
Hours: Full-time (8.15am - 3.30pm)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Key Stage 1? We are seeking a motivated individual to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Telford on a one-year maternity contract.

About the Role:

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons

Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential

Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Assist with classroom preparation and resource development
Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

About You:

Experience working with Key Stage 1 pupils (preferred but not essential)
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
A passion for education and supporting children's development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive and positive approach to learning
