Commercial Insurance Team Leader

Salary up to £45,000

Office near Brierley Hill

Your role:

You will take the next step forward in your insurance career within a leading UK broking group, by making best use of your commercial insurance experience.

This role will suit either an experienced Account Handler or a Broking Team Leader/Manager.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage a team of up to c.14 Commercial Account Handlers
• Conduct regular one-to-ones and team meetings
• Utilise data to ensure accurate performance management
• Empower the team with knowledge of the products and policies

We're looking for:

• Experience of working in Commercial Insurance
• An individual committed to cultivating an excellent team ethos
• Previous management/senior/team leader experience is advantageous but not essential
• Insurance industry qualifications are advantageous but not essential
