I am looking for dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant's (HLTA) to join my team and make a significant impact on the educational journey of young learners in primary schools across the Wakefield area. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

• Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and evaluate lessons, ensuring effective student engagement.
• Conduct targeted sessions to reinforce learning objectives for students requiring additional support.
• Assist in assessing student progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work with teachers to enhance the curriculum through creativity and innovation.
• Establish effective communication with parents and guardians to engage them in their children’s education.

• Level 3 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally at a higher level, with a strong understanding of classroom dynamics.
• Comprehensive understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of the school and its students.
