The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join this expanding Private Client department. The team handles a broad range of matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
You will play a key role in the department's continued success, helping to maintain and grow the client base while delivering expert legal advice in a professional and compassionate manner.
To be successful in this role, you will:- Be a qualified Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
- Have strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
- Demonstrate experience managing a varied caseload independently
- Be proficient in using case management systems
- Have excellent client care and communication skills
- Be comfortable with networking and business development activities to enhance the firm's offering
- Thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment
