About the Role:Tradewind are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business and IT Teacher to join their dynamic team in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or a newly qualified educator to make a real difference in students' lives by delivering engaging and inspiring lessons in Business Studies and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Teach Business Studies and IT across KS3 and KS4 (potentially KS5, depending on experience).
• Assess, record, and report on students' progress and achievements.
• Contribute to the development of the Business and IT curriculum.
• Support the school's ethos and values by fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and IT.
• A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a teaching role (preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers).
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A proactive, positive, and professional approach to teaching.
