We are hiring both a Private Client Solicitor and a Senior Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload, including Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning matters.
Key Responsibilities: ?? Managing a broad range of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning cases?? Advising clients on Inheritance Tax, Trust Administration, and Powers of Attorney?? Drafting wills, trust documents, and estate plans?? Ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations?? (Senior Solicitor) Handling complex cases and mentoring junior solicitors
