Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong background in packing, blending, and supply chain operations? Our client are looking for a Warehouse Blending & Packing Supervisor to join our team in Widnes. This is a hands-on role within a global leader in chemical additives, supporting high-performance industries such as coatings, plastics, and industrial applications.

The Role

As part of the Purchasing and Supply Chain team, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations, overseeing packing and blending processes while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders, managing resources and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and execute warehouse operations, including blending and packing.

* Ensure warehouse processes are implemented effectively and efficiently.

* Maximise equipment utilisation and maintain high housekeeping standards (5S).

* Maintain SAP records accurately and oversee SAP workflows in the warehouse.

* Achieve targeted packing and blending schedules.

* Monitor and report on safety, environmental statistics, and compliance.

* Train and support the warehouse team, fostering a culture of excellence.

* Assist with monthly stock checks and inventory accuracy.

* Operate forklifts (counterbalance & high-reach trucks) safely.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

* Experience in warehouse operations, packing, and blending.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in SAP.

* Valid FLT counterbalance and high-reach truck licence.

* Excellent communication skills in English (written & oral).

* Flexible approach to work in line with business needs
