The Queen’s Head is an attractive, well decorated and cozy pub in a lovely residential area. Inside, there are approx. 60 covers, there is a single bar with a large floor space at the front, to the side there are a couple of cozy areas for people that want to relax! There is a garden to the rear which has some lovely, zoned areas and is a lovely area to spend time in the warmer weather. The pub's retail offer includes live sports offer and appeals to the local community.

Regional Manager's Thoughts

This is an exciting opportunity as the Queens Head has established trade from the current managed operation but there is a need to have the inspiration from an entrepreneurial publican. The pub shows the love that the current team have put into the pub to make it a key part of the community and a welcoming place.

Surrounding Area

Winchmore Hill is a beautiful and historic district in the borough of Enfield, situated between Muswell Hill and Palmers Green. The pub is located on a main street close to train station, this area boasts plenty of open outdoor space and greenery, as well as many small businesses. It is a community focused and affluent area with several local schools, churches, and sports centres. Situated in Greater London there are excellent transport links to the wider area but most of the main customers are residents.
