Senior Project Manager (Construction) - Tier 1 Main Contractor
📍 North London | 💰 Up to £110k + Package | ♻ Waste Transfer Station

Ridgeway & Co are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of a Waste Transfer Station in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a technically challenging scheme, leading a skilled project team while ensuring programme, budget, and safety targets are met.

The Role:

✅ Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the project
✅ Oversee programme delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget
✅ Act as the main point of contact for the client, subcontractors, and stakeholders
✅ Ensure strict health & safety compliance across the site
✅ Manage commercial and contractual aspects, working closely with the commercial team
✅ Provide leadership and direction to the project team, driving high performance

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering major construction projects (£30m+)
🔹 Tier 1 Main Contractor background preferred
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Experience in waste & infrastructure projects (desirable)
