One of the UK’s leading Wealth Management firms is currently seeking to recruit high quality Wealth Planning Administrators (with previous knowledge of Xplan) to join their London team. Role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Summary/Job Purpose:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing essential support to Wealth Planners, ensuring compliance with company processes. You'll serve as the primary contact for the Client Services team, managing interactions and delivering exemplary service to clients. Your responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, attending client meetings, and efficiently processing new business for clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Maintain impeccable accuracy in meeting the company's documentation standards.
- Collaborate with the paraplanning team for the efficient submission of cases.
- Address finance queries, including invoices, billing, WIP, and commissions.
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting various key partners/stakeholders.
Client Support:
- Coordinate central services such as paraplanning and valuations to support planners' workflow.
- Assist in client onboarding through CDD and new account paperwork.
- Schedule client meetings, valuations, and manage planners' diaries.
- Act as the initial point of contact for client queries, adapting your approach for those in vulnerable circumstances.
- Manage client correspondence, post, and prepare necessary paperwork.
Competencies:
- Technical/Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning process.
- Knowledge of Financial Planning products.
- Systems/Internal Processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with XPlan (Desired) and Voyant (Desired).
- Regulatory Awareness/Compliance
- Understanding and adherence to Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
