BIM Coordinator (MEP Design)

Permanent - £60,000-£70,000 per annum
One of the leading independent MEP Design Consultancies are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
These guys work on a really diverse portfolio of projects, and have recently been instructed on two large Data Centres, a Stadium Redevelopment & Extension along with a very large development of new build super prime apartments in Central London.
They have an existing team in the office comprising of around 40 heads in total including Engineers and BIM, and the experience blend is pretty well spread.
To be considered, you need to have the following experience:
* 5+ years working in MEP Design from initial design stages through to stage 5 handover
* 5+ years experience using Revit MEP and Navisworks on projects
* A working understanding of BIM as an overall working practice
* The ability to think outside the box and come up with new ways of doing things
