A brand new role as a Part Time HR Advisor role in a manufacturing business site based in Rotherham. You will be the HR point of contact on site in a generalist role reporting into the HR Director.

Description

Provide comprehensive HR support to staff and management
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Manage recruitment processes, from job ad creation to candidate selection
Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Participate in the performance review process
Contribute to the promotion of a positive company cultureProfile

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field - desirable
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary up to £37,500 FTE

20 -25 hours per week - either over 5 days or full days - site based
