Salary: £75,000 to £85,000 + 10% car allowance + package

Project Manager - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead a £18m steel framed new build warehouse/distribution centre in Bristol. You must have experience in this type of project as Project Manager for a main contractor. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project delivery, reporting straight in to a regional Operations Manager.

Project Manager - The Person

* You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor

* Demonstrable experience of delivering a new build warehouse/shed/distribution project

* Experience delivering arge construction projects of at least £12m

* Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate customer centric approach

* Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things

* High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme

* A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors

* Commutable to Bristol WITHOUT relocation
