Customer Service Executive

Location: Pershore Department:Customer Service Reports to: Development Manager

Purpose:To develop and maintain an easy and enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:- Act as the primary contact for inbound calls, addressing customer requests with a positive and proactive approach.- Assist customers by answering calls, recording incoming enquiries, and providing support.- Handle sales order and invoice processing.- Manage customer support tasks, including handling queries, and processing document and sample requests.

Compliance Support:- Maintain BRC standards, ensuring all product specification sheets and related documents are current.- Keep the supplier database updated and ensure supplier self-audits are accurate and up-to-date.

Bookkeeping:- Perform purchase invoicing and manage customer statements.- Oversee credit control to ensure smooth financial transactions.
