Job Description

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Lincoln. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and testing various systems within our facilities, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• System Testing: Perform regular system tests to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: ONC/HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance, system testing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Experience in facilities management.
