Your Role: As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional candidates. Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across a range of roles, from junior positions to senior management.

Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Candidate Attraction: Use a variety of tools and techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting.

Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage the offer process, from negotiating terms to finalizing placements.

Business Development: Identify new opportunities to grow your desk, while also nurturing existing client relationships.

Target-Driven: Work to and exceed set KPIs, with the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Experience in Recruitment: You have at least 1-2 years of recruitment experience (IT, engineering, finance, or similar sectors are a bonus).

Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills: You thrive on building relationships, generating new business, and managing client and candidate expectations.

Highly Motivated & Results-Driven: You have a strong track record of achieving targets and are motivated to consistently hit and exceed KPIs.

Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to engage with people at all levels, building rapport and influencing decisions.
