Description

As a Customer Service Executive you will deal with inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries from clients regarding the remortgage process.

You will be also working alongside third parties such as lenders, financial institutions and other legal professionals to ensure the case progresses efficiently and is completed to service level agreements.

Profile

Previous customer service experience beneficial however the business are really open to background this could be from retail/hospitality or care if you have the right attitude and are passionate about customer experience please apply!
