Description

• Responsibility for preparation of weekly cash forecasts, working closely with the SSC to prepare accurate forecasts
• Assist with the preparation of company forecasts and budgets
• Responsibility for VAT compliance and reporting
• Assist with information gathering and questions from internal and external auditors
• Preparation of the statutory accounts
• Ensuring compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements
• Participating in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes
• Providing financial advice and guidance to management and other departments
• Assisting in the development of accounting policies and procedures
• Supporting other accounting functions as required

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications
