Lead Embedded Software Engineer - automotive

I am seeking a Lead embedded SW engineer with MISRA C / Autosar type experience for a UK based sportscar company. The company has numerous project and this is a third party hypercar application. You will be writing C code on manually coded powertrain/transmission controllers. These were written manually rather than autocoded.

What you will do

* Interpret written requirements from client & calibration engineers, and modify functionality of powertrain controls systems written in embedded C

* Work as part of a project team comprising calibration and SW

* Note you will be writing code to modify/enhance an existing platform

* Really interesting project

What you will need

* Previous experience of software coding in C within the automotive industry. Ideally powertrain controllers but real-time system within the industry will be considered.

* Ability to code and debug and then work with engineers to validate SW

* MISRA C, autosar or similar required
