As a Registered Manager, you will:

Conduct Business Development to increase awareness of services
Work closely with the recruitment team to identify areas of expansion
Grow professional working relationships with South Gloucestershire County Council
Support in the set up of the new branch
Ensure the services are compliant with CQC regulations
Supervise the delivery of care, ensuring clients needs are met
To be successful as a Registered Manager, you will:

Hold or be willing to work towards a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Have a Can-Do attitude
Be experienced in Business Development
Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
My client are offering a salary of up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
