If you're a Software Engineering Manager looking for a completely hands off managerial role then this one is for you!We're on the hunt for a commecially minded Software Engineering Manager to run a team working on one of our flagship workforce management products. You'll lead and mentor engineers, lead agile development practices, and drive successful delivery of our solution to our customers.Ideally your experience should include:

• A history of working technically with C#.Net 
• Proven track record of delivering features on time in a client lead organisation
• Balancing engineering requirements based on what is comercially important to the business goals and objectives
• Delivery of a code migration from legacy to modern technologies
• Delivery of new features in line with a set productroadmap
