Title: Security System Engineer (Van Included)

Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 DOE

Location: East Birmingham (Travel inside the Midlands region)

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain a range of security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve both hardware and software issues promptly.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively operate the security systems.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver customized security solutions that meet specific needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements to recommend and implement system upgrades or new technologies when necessary.
Document system installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks for future reference and compliance purposes.Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection technologies.
Hands-On Ability: Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Problem-Solving Skills: A methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
