A respected law firm in East London are looking for a proactive and skilled Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload and provide legal assistance in both commercial and residential conveyancing matters. In this client-facing role, you will oversee transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Job Title:             Commercial Property ParalegalSalary:                  £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (Depending on Experience and interview performance)Location:             East LondonPlease note that this role is full office based.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Offer legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Carry out comprehensive due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions run smoothly and are completed on time.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence as required.
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of transactions and client communications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
• Experience using conveyancing software and other legal technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
