Your new company

* We are working with a global Technical Facilities Management provider to recruit for a Contract Manager to Manage a TFM contract for a commercial real-estate business based in Watford.

Your new role

* Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (on-site) 40hr week.

* You will playing a critical role managing up to 10 Engineers and providing support to the team to ensure that everything in the contract is technically compliant and checked to a high SFG-20 Standard.

* Managing PPM and Reactive maintenance across the site, as well as contractors, making sure that all works are performed to a high grade and compliant.

* You will be assisting the Maintenance Manager, implementing am efficient ppm schedule as well as managing reactive works.

* Developing and reviewing RAMS, leading the team in a positive-growth mindset promoting a can-do attitude.

* This role will be operational contract management as well as, technical, client relationship and financial management.

What you'll need to succeed

* At minimum of 2+ Years experience either working as a Contract or Technical Manager within FM.

* Technically experienced or qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical maintenance.

* Ideally working for a private facilities management company or have worked in a similar field.

* Must live in a commutable distance of Watford.

* Hold a growth mindset to want a long-term career and become an Account Manager in the future.
