Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with ADHD and learning difficulties, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist in managing challenging behavior using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with SEN.
- Support small group activities, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in SEN.

Requirements:
- Previous experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties, is essential.
- Candidates must have prior experience (personal or professional) working with SEN to be considered.
- Experience working 1:1 or in small groups with children is a must.
- Familiarity with managing challenging behavior is advantageous.
