THE ROLE - Year 4 Teacher with Subject Leadership

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will teach pupils aged 8 to 9, helping them to engage with the Key Stage 2 curriculum and develop the necessary skills for their academic progression. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in all core subjects, and you will also have the opportunity to lead either Humanities or Science as part of your subject leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to take on additional responsibility and further develop their leadership skills while ensuring students receive an inspiring and well-rounded education. You will work closely with the SLT to develop subject-specific strategies and implement best practices in your chosen subject area.
