We are a growing engineering consultancy business based on the outskirts of Ipswich. We are looking for a full-time office-based project administration controller to undertake general office / project related administration.
The successful candidate will be very comfortable working with Microsoft software and would support business finance elements including invoicing, payments, purchase orders and cost and sales spread sheets. As well as tracking project deliverables.
It would be useful if the candidate could use QuickBooks to support with the Oaksmere accounts for invoicing and sales orders and Coupa for our client project purchase orders. However, this is not essential, and training will be provided. There is a requirement to communicate verbally and in writing generally via e-mail with the internal team and external clients. Therefore, good communication skills are essential.
