Job Title: Workshop Engineer

Location: Kettering

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

They are now seeking a skilled and dedicated Workshop Engineer to join the team and contribute to ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve workshop processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and apprentices.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical background could be in engineering or anything mechanical
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
