About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager specialising in Facades installation & replacement to join a growing company based in Leeds with Sites based in Manchester.

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of façade installation projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile construction projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the installation and maintenance of facades on commercial, residential, and mixed-use buildings.

* Oversee and supervise a team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers on site.

* Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and site safety management plans.

* Conduct regular site inspections, identifying potential issues or risks and implementing solutions.

* Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure that the project meets the specifications and design requirements.

* Provide progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

* Collaborate with architects, designers, and other project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of the project.

* Manage and track project budgets, timelines, and performance to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on façade installation and management.

* Strong knowledge of façade materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

* Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is highly desirable.

* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Site Management, or a related field (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS)
