NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South East of England area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

The role is home based mostly, with one day per month work from the office. This means you will have a very good work - life balance.

Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a small caseload of 5 foster carers which will increase to the full time caseloads (10 foster families)
The role is only to provide support and supervision to the foster carers, so there will be no Form F Assessments on top. They have a separate team of Independent Form F Assessors.
The foster families are located around Luton Harrow, Portsmouth, Southampton
