As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient and effective HR support across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining employee records and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely advice.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
